Springfield Cardinals Unveil Front Office Overhaul
The Springfield Cardinals, the Double-A affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, are gearing up for an exciting 2026 season with a series of strategic changes to their front office. This move is aimed at enhancing community engagement and elevating the fan experience.
Dan Reiter, General Manager, expressed enthusiasm, "We're thrilled to progress in 2026 season planning with a talented front office team and to recognize their dedication with promotions. Angela Deke and Zack Pemberton are stepping into Vice President roles, marking decades of service to the organization."
Angela Deke: Vice President of Ticket & Business Operations
With a decade-long association with the team since its inception in 2005, Angela Deke has been promoted to Vice President of Ticket and Business Operations. In this role, she'll oversee ticket operations, act as a senior advisor to the General Manager, manage human resources and finances, and serve as a bridge between the front office and Delaware North, the food and beverage provider.
Zack Pemberton: Vice President of Ticket Sales & Marketing
Zack Pemberton, entering his 17th season with the Springfield Cardinals, has been promoted to Vice President of Ticket Sales and Marketing. He'll lead the Ticket Sales Department, oversee Marketing, and ensure seamless collaboration between the two. Pemberton will also manage non-profit partnerships, premium ticket accounts, and corporate sponsorships.
Regina Hess: Director of Marketing
Regina Hess, who started as a part-timer in 2016 and became a full-time employee in 2017, has been promoted to Director of Marketing. In this role, she'll lead marketing initiatives, collaborate with ticketing and corporate sales, and manage gameday responsibilities, fan entertainment, and fan experience.
Levi Smith: Senior Manager of Ticket Sales
With five years as a full-time Cardinals employee, Levi Smith has been promoted to Senior Manager of Ticket Sales. He'll oversee the full-time sales staff, manage RED Access Membership and group ticket initiatives, and lead theme ticket, deal, and package development.
Tysen Hathcock: Senior Manager of Video Operations & Production
Tysen Hathcock, with the organization since 2022, has been promoted to Senior Manager of Video Operations and Production. He'll oversee gameday entertainment at Hammons Field, including promotions, scoreboard operations, and production, with a focus on enhancing the fan experience.
Caleb Lasher: Senior Account Executive
Caleb Lasher, with the team since 2022, will continue as an Account Executive, focusing on RED Access Membership, group sales, and corporate sponsorships. He'll also lead youth baseball clinics and facilitate high school games at Hammons Field.
Dalton Baker: Operations Manager
Dalton Baker, who joined the organization in 2024, has been promoted to Operations Manager. He'll lead clubhouse operations, team travel, housing, and stadium operations.
Sheri Hart: Business Manager
Sheri Hart, hired in January 2025, has transitioned from Office Coordinator to Business Manager. She'll manage payroll, office operations, and serve as the financial liaison between the club and Diamond Baseball Holdings' regional office.
Aubree Enos: Account Executive
Aubree Enos, hired this offseason, has joined the full-time staff after working part-time roles since 2022. With experience in multiple departments, including Box Office Associate, Gameday Ambassador, and Gameday Stringer, Enos will focus on sales, RED Access Membership, and group sales.
The Springfield Cardinals, defending Texas League Champions, will kick off the 2026 season at home on April 7 against the Tulsa Drillers. Before the season begins, they'll host the St. Louis Cardinals in an exhibition game on March 23, 'Cards vs. Cards, presented by Mercy'.
