The other 2 bedrooms on this level both accommodate Queen-sized beds. One downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and the and the other has a Double/ Bunk/ Trundle, which can sleep up to 4 people, perfect for a family with small children. Separately, there are 2 comfortable pullout couches in this house : one in the Rec Room downstairs and one in the Great Room on the main level. |

This home is located in the low-snow-zone of Tahoe Donner for a quick start to the ski resorts in the morning. Less than 5 minutes to a local deli, 10 minutes to grocery stores, Tahoe Donner ski resort and downtown Truckee, 20 minutes to ski resorts including Alpine Meadows, Squaw or Northstar. We will be happy to share our membership to the Tahoe Donner Recreational Facilities, which include heated outdoor pools, an indoor sauna and hot tubs.
We will be happy to share our membership to the Tahoe Donner Recreational Facilities. This will give you access to swimming pools, biking and hiking trails, golf, canoe, and more. For a nominal fee you may also golf, canoe, trail ride etc.

We reserve the right to change the rates and payment terms at any time.
Reservations: 50% of Total Rental Fee + $350 refundable Security Deposit must be received to confirm the reservation. Full balance (the other 50% of Total Rental Fee + $160 Cleaning Fee + Applicable Taxes) is due 21 days prior to your rental start date. We will strive to return the Security Deposit within 21 days after your rental end date.
Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to 45 days of your reserved start date will be fully refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of your start date will be subject to cancellation fees. If we are able to find a comparable alternate renter, we will refund the rental fee minus a $100 processing fee. Otherwise, we will retain 50% of the Total Rental Fee. Cancellations are not accepted within 21 days prior to your rental start date. In all cancellations, your Security Deposit will be refunded in full.
Reschedules: Reschedules are subject to availability, must be made within a 2-month window from the original start date and follow the stated terms. Changing the start date or reducing the days originally reserved prior to 45 days of your reserved start date may be accepted at no charge; doing so within 45 days of your start date will incur a $100 processing fee. Reschedules are not accepted within 21 days prior to your rental start date. Should the reschedule result in cancellation renter agrees to follow cancellation terms above.
